The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for additional Customer Service Representatives to support the rapid growth of Our Sage, our dedicated telehealth platform.
Successful applicants will be committed to exceptional customer service and administration, operational excellence and being part of a collaborative team.
You will ensure exceptional service as part of every shift, be the first point of contact for our network of telehealth doctors, manage inbound patient enquiries via phone and online, and suggest improvements as to how we can make our service better. You will be part of a small but expanding customer service team located in a corporate environment.

Essential Experience & Qualities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- A clear communicator – both written and verbal
- High tech literacy – Best Practice experience preferred
- A team player committed to positive team culture
- Customer service experience essential, healthcare experience preferred
