At Cornerstone Health, we have highly experienced healthcare executives who have committed their professional lives to primary healthcare, and the role it plays in the health of all Australians. We are not another consortium of investors looking to make a quick buck (we’ve seen many of them come and go).

Our leadership team have been entrenched in primary healthcare for their entire careers.

Henry Bateman

CEO & Managing Director

Henry is the founder of Cornerstone Health and has over 20 years’ experience in the Australian healthcare sector, including 8 years’ as Director and CEO of the Medical Centre division of an ASX Top 100 healthcare company. Henry has overseen the substantial growth of Cornerstone Health, since its establishment in 2016, which now operates 15 large-scale multidisciplinary medical centres as well as a telehealth service provider. Henry initially practiced as a property and construction lawyer for several years prior to embarking upon his healthcare career.

Oliver Young

Chief Financial Officer

Oliver is a senior executive with extensive financial and commercial experience. He has deep healthcare expertise, developed through holding multiple management and strategic positions at an ASX Top 100 Australian healthcare provider, prior to joining Cornerstone Health in 2017. Oliver is a Chartered Accountant and also previously worked as an investment banker advising on M&A transactions.

Michael Cullen

Chief Business Development Officer

Michael is an experienced Chief Operating Officer & Business Development Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the Medical Centres division of an ASX Top 100 Australian healthcare provider. Skilled in Healthcare Management, Clinical Research and Medical Education, he now leads acquisition and retention of healthcare professionals at Cornerstone Health.

Katie White

Chief Operating Officer

Katie is a senior healthcare executive with over 20 years’ experience across technology and healthcare, with a strong focus on improving patient experience and driving sustainable growth. She leads Cornerstone Health’s operations across the organisation’s network of medical centres, radiology clinics, dental clinics and telehealth services, with responsibility for performance, patient access and organisational growth.

Riza Fabricius

Chief Transformation Officer

Riza has extensive experience in digital transformation, IT strategy and project governance. She has led large-scale, complex programs that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experience and deliver business value across banking, financial services and healthcare. Riza is responsible for leading strategic and transformative initiatives at Cornerstone Health.

Lloyd Doherty

General Counsel

Lloyd has been with Cornerstone Health since 2022 and brings over 15 years’ legal experience across private practice and in-house roles in both the private and public sectors. His background includes commercial and administrative law and litigation. Lloyd holds an LLM, LLB, BCom and BBA, and also serves as Company Secretary, supporting governance and compliance across the organisation.
